Car was neat and clean. We got new baleno for 4 day trip. I kept my bike for security and they returned it in unused condition. Rates are reasonable. Our car windows were locked so we coudnt open them, so if you are taking it for hill stations it might be a disadvantage. Proper video is mandatory specially of the under the hood body like front and rear bumper. We were charged some amount due to damage caused during the trip. Videos of scratches and inside of the car is also good thing to keep in check. Dont forget to make proper video with sufficient light. Car milege was good as it was new and depends on your driving. Car documents might not be provided due to security reasons. Overall the car was in good condition and in reasonable price.
