3 stars for the sofa cleaning quality. The team of 2 did good cleaning, however their work needed our supervision for desired level of cleaning. Good thing is they accommodated our request for a late evening service which shows quite some degree of professionalism and customer service.

Very unprofessional people. They keep you waiting for days and leave you with no service at the end. They make false commitment and you end up with doing all cleaning on your own that too when you have been following up without any miss. Very pathetic experience with such unprofessional people. They make false advertisement of providing service 24*7. Rather their team is always busy with some client. Not sure if they are operating with just one team or what. I should have call anything else but them. Very very disappointed.
