Ambience is good. The lady who did the massage was powerful . While I opted for aroma...they used some oil which had no aroma whatsoever. The bed and towels were smelling of oil. Cleanliness is not upto the mark..

This place is easily noticeable from running traffic. They do not have valet parking but they somehow manage the 4 wheeler parking well. Massage service is great. One among the best that I have availed in Hyderabad. At the same time it depends on the therapist. I generally opt for deep tissue massage here coz I find it great. As far as amenities are considered, there are some improvements that they definitely need to consider. Comb, ear buds etc could be added in the bathroom. Ambience is awesome and they have a cafe just next to the spa where in you can get snacks at a slightly less cost efftive budget. Overall 4 stars to this place and this place could be visited often. Buy deals from nearbuy or littleapp for extra discounts.
Ambience is good. Slot availability is an issue. Quality of amenities can be improved, for the price they charge. (E.g. Steam room quality, shampoo, hot water, etc).
O2 used to be the best spa in Hyderabad but since 2019 I have started to hate their services. I have a membership here and initially I got the discount what I was promised but later they started charging me extra. Every time I book an appointment and come, they will make you wait for 30 minutes minimum even if you have an appointment. The front desk staff is so unprofessional and they do not co operate with you. Coming to cleanliness, I would love to give them a 0! The bathrooms are not clean, there are foot prints all over and flushes don’t work, showers don’t work. Try to go to some other place instead of here for your own hygiene and safety.
