One of the worst LAW FIRM in Pune...The Owner has no Manners how to talk with Employee.

If only there was an option for negative stars. Worked for a month and a half. The colleagues I had were really good but the head is extremely unprofessional. To start with, the firm wants to apply the company rules but doesn’t want to give you the benefits of it. Firstly, even if you are a minute late your half day’s salary is cut and no matter how much over time you do it is not acknowledged nor do you receive any perks for it. Secondly, you are not allowed to go out anywhere out of the office even in your lunch hour (which technically is not anyone’s call. What I do in my lunch hour is my decision as far as I am not exceeding the time limit). Thirdly, when I joined no one bothered to even ask my account details for receiving my salary until I asked about it when the month was about to get over. Fourthly, the appointment letter is to be given in the first week of joining the place itself which was NOT GIVEN TO ME AT ALL. And when I a got a WAY BETTER opportunity to work at a different place I decided to leave (which any rational human being would do) and when I conveyed that to the head, the head was extremely rude and unprofessional about it and did not even give me my appointment letter (with technically was my right to get) nor did the head give me my releasing or acknowledgment letter for the same. I would also like to bring to your notice that I DID NOT sign any bond with the firm stating that I’ll be staying for a particular period of time and hence it was well within my limits to leave the job whenever I wanted and inspite of this I was not given my appointment and releasing letter which are essential documents.
