I am writing this review after 1 month of purchasing the bike, I waited to check how the after service would be after a purchase.But to my suprise, every single person working there but I remember only Suriya's name, but everyone inside the store as well as the mechanics who service the cycles are great !! I had a problem with front wheel wobble and they immediately fixed it. I was about to buy a cycle from Track and Trail but I changed my mind and bought it from Just Buy cycles only because of Suriya and other there...I really love my bike and the people there...hope they stay the sameway...

It's highly customer unfriendly place. I went there to fix my cycle's rear wheel which is a 1 minute job. The staff asked me to keep the cycle and collect it on next day afternoon. Further he told me that it will be 300 for this 20 worth of work. Badly disappointed as I needed to get this work done instantly
