They advertise clocks which is not in the stock. Take online payments and call you that the clock is unavailable so will give another model for same price. When you are insistent on the same model they say we found it and have got 1 piece left which will be dispatched from kolkatta. Later which you keep following up and you get a reason that we are short staff and will be couriered after 3 days. After 8 days you ask for status they say it was sent to a wrong address and was returned damage so we will refund the amount. you need to scream at them then the refund comes after continous follow ups. Never ever will recommend them. Think 10 times before going ahead or ask for COD where you will see they will not go ahead with the order.
