I would urge not to go for kaff Product as after sales service is pathetic. I have lodged a complaint on 22nd dec, till today (19th Jan) no resolution. Mail sent remained unanswered. Pls don’t fall in the trap by buying kaff product

I bought a kaff Chimney and since the time of installation the panel was not working properly but the technician bluffed and misguided me about the panel features. Just after 2-3 months of intermittent usage only the chimney stopped working. Since then I have booked many service request by calling the toll free number but most of the times there is no one to receive and even after receiving and lodging of service request the technician dosent shows up. The service technician just makes a phone call to the registered mobile and asks about my address but for no use and never comes.My last unresolved service request no is 200228300 in the month of February. I thought KAFF to be a reputed brand after knowing about its European specifically German history and had no doubts about its RELIABILITY or SERVICE support.Now the defunct chimney has lead to a problematic situation everytime we cook due to the open design of my kitchen and I myself having respiration issues due to the fact I have been suffering from a critical illness. I went for KAFF but now neither sales dealer nor the bhubaneswar service agency is doing any good to help me. Now I really regret my decision of not giving a second thought and exploring any other local brand.

I have used a lot of products and have experienced bad customer service.but KAFF has THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Their so called technicians are best at bluffing and think of customers as fools. Coming to the service centre...this is my worst experience till date. Neither they are picking up my call nor they are providing good service. I hope the senior officials may take a look at its poor customer service and work to meet the customer needs.
