I really like this place...... The Vyttila- Kakkanad ferry service is a relief from the traffic congestion on the roads for the public commuters between Vyttila and Kakkanad mainly consisting of Infopark employees, staff and students of Rajagiri educational institute and commuters to the civil station and other commercial establishments in Kakkanad. The Kakkanad boat jetty is the final destination of the ferry service operating from Vyttila, with four other stops in between, namely, Arattukadava jetty, Eroor jetty, Thuthiyoor jetty and Irumpanam jetty.
Finest place for calm mind after my job time.
I really liked this place. Little bit difficult to spot from main road(From seaport airport road). Boats are available from here to vytila in every 40 minutes. Some times they'll cancel the service without any notice. Got disappointed two times. Its nice to catchup golden hours here. Feeder services to kakkanad civil station and info park is available.

Beautiful ride in this very polluted place. The whole trip was beyond peaceful & very green. A good trip to spend some quality time with family & friends.
