Chitra Bhanu is the house of Rabindranath Tagore. It was damaged in 2011 earthquake. It is in a deplorable condition.
House of Rabindranath Tagore. Presently in a very bad condition. Care of the property not taken by the authority. House is damaged in earthquake so entry of visitor is prohibited inside the premises while anyone can visit the outside premises.
A very nice collection of catcus
It situated at Atisha Road. It's the house of Sri Rathindra Nath Tagore, son of Kobiguru Rabindra Nath Tagore. Recently it has been declared as Heritage site by the Govt of West Bengal. A portion of the building was severely damaged on 2011 earthquake. Now a museum is operated in that site. Initiative has been taken by Govt & a local club 'Milanee' for repairing & renovation of the site and escalating the site to national even international standard.
