Customer service is pathetic. The staff on bus as well as at boarding point were honestly culture less scums. Not even worth speaking to these imbeciles. Horrible experience.

I booked ticket from vellore to palakkad, after repeated intimation in Coimbatore, he still didn't inform us on reaching palakkad and landed us in thrissur. Worst service

Useless bus service, no basic courtesy to call whether the customer is picked or not..left 70yr old citizen stranded in midnight at kasaragod..can't be trusted.. worthless service ,go for Kerala state rtc..the best.

It' 2.5 hrs, I'm still waiting for the bus to show up at #Sultanbathery contact number that they sms me is switched off & website number nobody is picking up. What should I call such a service, pls never book this bus if possible. They just called to say it will reach in 20 minutes, what a service. 20 minutes is 1hour now still no sign of the precious kallada bus.
