This is also called physical education section ground or cricket stadium. This stadium have facilities of basketball, Taekwondo, volleyball, cricket, track for running. People do picnic here in the evening. It is situated near academic area of IITK.

It's a best place to play cricket.!!!!! It has a radius of about 500m ....!!!!! Many offical cricket matches are played in this stadium ........!!!!!!! It is one of the best place to enjoy the large view of the site ......!!!!!!!! People go for walk and run during the evening ......!!! In the evening many of them do the excercises for various activities...!!!!! And people are more there during weekends It's the best place to hangout ......!!!! And walk with friends .......!!!!!!!! IIT kanpur owns it and the best part is people from the different IIT come here to play inter IIT sports in this ground
