Very Cumbersome process of Appointments. Front Desk person need to learn a lot more about hospitality. If you talk to her, she will continue to tell whatever she wanted apart from listening you. Seems like a one way mode of communication. This is not ideal and kind of arrogant behaviour. I believe front desk person should be able to help people along with communicating properly in an appropriate way rather than just misbehaving with people.

There is no time clarity. Doctors and staff have zero time punctuality. Doctors think only their time is crucial. Apart from this staff service is also Extremely poor.

Looks like a new built diagnostic , we called in for an appointment , specifically asked them will it be instant as we had to see a doctor. The receptionist said yes sir if you come here just now it can be done , we reached there in about 10 mins ,made the payment and then she said wait for an hour . So they try to get as many patients whatever way they can . In times of covid , the waiting seats were not resanitized when another patient sat on it . PATHETIC . ALSO only hand sanitization is there , no temp checks and nothing else . They have a drinking water filter and dispenser which happens to have a steel glass . When asked for a disposable glass they said they do not give any and they sell mineral water inside . Amazing commercialisation of health services . I would not go there again.

service is good and prompt. i went for an x-ray spine DLS (AP and LAT) cost me 400rs .(fair price) there i also demanded it's digital copies of x-ray for which they charged me 200rs.(unfair price) i think it's not fair for two images to charge such a big amt. it's better if they would mailed me and charged me a marginal price. these ratings are very important so please stop charging exorbitant prices as we visit places heavily rely on these ratings.

Despite telling the nurse that the needle is being inserted in an incorrect way, she didn't stop and inserted the medicine in my hand which led to this much swelling.. Never coming back to this place who hires MTS as nurses.. Pathetic experience..
