Pathetic Experience. They don’t know how to serve the customer. Customer attendant Mr Vansh Verma is a fool. They treat themselves like they are selling Rolls Royas in Karnal. They have high standards of business, - They can pass any remark to you. - They don’t have stock to sell. - I was committed for the Fresh stock Machine, But they ended up giving me the stock on display. They are rude. Finally I preferred to buy from Dewan Electronics. Even I paid 200 extra. But the matter is not of money. But the dignity a customer have, which shouldn’t be hurt. In my lifetime I wouldn’t prefer this shop, and will ask all my relatives and known people to simply avoid this shop. It doesn’t matter if you have a shop to sell renowned products, If you don’t have sense to behave, don’t know how to deal with people, you are gonna suffer.
