I am rating it as 1 star since this is the minimum possible here. But Karuna travels actually deserve a 0 star rating. If you consider your time valuable, please try not to get attracted by their cheap deals. It's better to pay more than waste your time.

This is the worst travel agency. The experience with them was the worst. We were already 3 hours behind our schedule. They wasted more time on supposedly wrong turns which they took to complete their own work not caring about our schedule. Prior to our trip they promised us attractive deals which were changed a few days before our trip.The owners of the agency are the rudest and the most stupid people who don't get what simple logic is. They are only concerned with their own interest instead of what the consumer wants. Please if you are planning a trip with them do think of this review. Its advisable to pay more and get a better comforting experience than this. Karuna travels if ever you are planning a trip for someone do read the last line.

Very poor management and don't stick to their words. Constantly changing their offered services, no regard for the tourist, no sense of talking, not properly equipped to be a travel agency. Extremely poor time management.
