Kashmir Shivaism is a fantastic school and the teachers are great. Couldn't ask for more. Amit and Lina have an amazing knowledge which they happy to share. Our 300h course was challenging enough but achievable at the same time. Great organization of the classes and nice environment. Highly recommended.

I took a 200h YTT in Arambol last December. From the beginning there is something very special about the space that Amit and Lina create. You can expect a small class, an intimate and personal atmosphere. When I was looking for a school to practice at, this was one of the first impressions that set them apart from some of the other schools that receive large groups of students each month. Amit and Lina's grounding in the Iyengar tradition of yoga has left me with a solid foundation to continue to build my practice upon. It was also special to have the opportunity to listen to Amit's discourses, it was an honour to hear personal anecdotes from across his life. What a life he has lived. Practicing in Arambol can be challenging with all of its distractions and chaos, but in embracing the tantric roots of the school's philosophy, it turned out instead to be an opportunity to learn how to practice amongst the distractions. I really think this strengthened my practice even more. This school and these people became a calm center and a place of grounding for me. I would absolutely recommend this school and its amazing teachers, it was such a rich experience. Thank you both! All my best, Namaskar.
