In 2nd week of April 2019, I visited Just Dial for a Video Shoot requirement for an event held on 16 April 2019. Looking at the rating I contacted Mr.Kaustubh Dere (Kaustubh Dere Films in Thane). He agreed to provide me video shooting service and provide a edited video. On the day of event I paid the amount in full. There is no invoice given to me. Te amount is transferred from my bank account to his bank account. After lot of followup for 4 months, he agreed to meet me and provide the edited video. I waited for him, however he delivered pen drives to my building security and did not meet me. Due to this, I was not able to verify the data in front of him. When I checked the pen drive, it contained raw video files. There are about 100 files of 1 or 2 minutes each. The video is not edited. I contacted him number of times to provide me video in appropriate format, however he refused, and refereed me to some other parties. Additionally he made a false claim of edited video is present in the pen drive, which is not available. In between (in June 2019), I had reached out to just dial for complaining against him. Just dial took him on call and he agreed to provide the data in the same week, however he did not keep up the promise. I checked the editing charges outside, and the editing costs about Rs.2000. I informed him to transfer the money to me so that I can get it edited from outside. To which he is not responding. I tried to search his office, however the office address mentioned on just dial site does not exist. He has registered a false office address. I have been harassed by him by not providing the appropriate data for 4 months now. I requested Just dial to take action against this business as a fraud, and help me to recover the money back for me to get the video editing done from outside. But in vain.
