I would suggest to just avoid this dealership. Ford products might be good but dealership are pathetic. Staffs here are highly irresponsible. I'm being trying to contact them for price list and test drive for endeavour since 1 month they give foolish reply stating test drive car taken out of town by director, when contacting sales person they are mostly on leave. If this is their attitude while selling,how they would treat at service.
Over time this place had much improved. Staff is courteous, skilled, facilities are good, milk coffee is great. Overall a nice experience when I visit for service or any issues with my ford.
First impression is pathetic. Nobody picks up the phone numbers and once picked up they give a new number to call. A mobile number given is either busy or not replied to, and now it is out of coverage area. Still haven't been able to reach them.
irresponsible, not at all customer centric, takes 5-7 days to complete a 2 day job. no responsible contactable person, have to run behind them for answers which they keep dodging. they will always tell you that they have forwarded/done work from their end but its the other team which is causing delay. same company but the internal teams talk differently. not a bankable/responsible company, stay away from Autobahn if you dont want to get frustrated buying a new car with many many delays.
Place is congested for big cars, but people is very cooperative & working manner of total staff is good with fast positive reply.

Unfortunately there is no option of giving a negative rating. Got my Ford Figo serviced, billed for RS.4000. 4 days after show the vehicle for some issue and come to know that neither the engine oil nor the oil filter has been changed, which is the basic of servicing. This dealer is a serious dent on Ford brand and customers might loose their faith in Ford.
