Very happy... I bought softy and soda machine from kelvinstar ,, softy machine was good... Though I had some operational issue with soda machine after 1 year but kelvinstar immediately sent me their engineer with some name Suresh,, he resolved it My both machines are working great now

Most creative mind

Very bad experience with kelvinstar. I bought a soda machine in April 2019. 3rd day from the installation I am facing problem. Firstly wheels got damage when I inform the same to Mr. Ravinder (MD) he suggest to wait for their engineers and after two day he said to repaired himself only. Secondly when i request Mr. Ravinder to add one more flavour in the machine. The request was completely ignored. No one even tried to approach me. After one month one more problem start. One flavour stop working. I register a complaint to Delhi office. Mrs. Kavita assured me to resolve the problem with in 48 hrs rather then 24 hrs which is company policy. But after 5 days nothing happened. Service providing by Kelvinstar is worst. Do not trust anyone in the company.
