I booked 4 rooms in this property to unwind and relax with my family. With all the reviews shared regarding this property, I was expecting a calm and peaceful atmosphere. However, what I experienced when I reached the location was just the opposite. There was a huge crowd of about 30-40 people in the premises, who were just hogging all the common areas and facilities. I was surprised to see such a huge crowd as they have very few rooms. That is when I was informed that those were a group booking for day activity. What made it worse was that all of these folks were roaming around the property without wearing any mask and no social distancing. While I pointed this out to the manager in the property, there was still no action from their side. All of us decided to go back to the room and just remain holed up inside until the group left. So my plan to unwind and relax was gone in the wind. Even next day morning, there was a biker group who was visiting the property and hence we had to wait for them to leave before having breakfast. I am not against day packages, but then there should not be allowed to disturb guests who have paid for rooms looking for a peaceful atmosphere. If your are looking to have a peaceful and calm atmosphere, then I would recommend you stay away from this property. The only reason why I am giving two stars instead on one star is because of the excellent staff they have (except the so called manager who looked completely incapable of running such a place)

The resort ambience and nature surroundings are really good. Its sourounded with big mountains.. They have dormitory, suits room, luxury rooms, deluxe rooms, kids play area, swimming pool etc. Small pool for such a Big resort. Could have added more activities they got some space inside for that. Breakfast is very ordinary, a resort like this should have a better options to choose from for the breakfast. Camp fire was the worst.with only a bon fire and loud music .no activities at all.need to improve the quality.

It was a really nice experience. The rooms looked luxurious and refreshing. The surroundings were really calm and serene. Loved the evening walk around the place. The room service could be slightly better though..

A Peaceful Atmosphere with Great Ambience. I will suggest this location to Newly Married and Families. Also enjoyed the tasty food . It's better to enquire before coming because sometimes there will be rush.

We made a family tour to Sattva last weekend. It was a gift from a relative so we had no clue where we were heading to. To begin with, the face of the resort - the staff, were plenty warm, polite, and welcoming. From carrying our bags to the rooms to frequently checking if we were comfortable, they did a splendid job. The place and the ambiance were nothing short of heavenly, especially the blissful mornings. Taking a stroll on chilly mornings in their garden and walkway while getting sunkissed was an entirely different soulful experience. The infinity pool was another major highlight, and the kids went all gaga over it. The view from the pool is to die for and there was a baby pool where the kids could spend all the energy they had accumulated over their online class phase. There’s a park too, where kids can play and the elders can keep an eye on them while enjoying the view. We stayed in the superior hill view rooms and waking up to see the green hills first thing in the morning was just so beautiful. There is no tv or wifi, meaning they want the guests to be disconnected from the world and be completely connected to nature and the wonderful view they have in store for you. Their tagline “the awakening garden” does complete justice (cheers to the copywriter) because honestly, I had my very own moment in the garden where my inner self was filled with peace and gratitude. The place looks Christmasy in the night, and there was campfire with peppy music which was nice. The food was amazing, the breakfast especially was quite a feast. It was my Mom’s first time at a resort, and it felt cute to see her all excited and happy. Rushin, (I’m not sure of the spelling) the restaurant in-charge did a great job that my mom was super impressed and wouldn’t stop talking to him. Overall, we had an amazing time and the staff were real gems. Sattva is an entirely different world, a home away from home, a beautiful getaway that should be visited at least once in a lifetime.

Nice ambience . Good food, helping staff. Access road was pathetic, but upon entering the place , we just forgot it. We booked four rooms, spacious rooms. Cleanliness good. Pool was ok. Excellent tasty food. Would definitely recommend this place
