Air conditioning was not there, its too hot over there, but the food were cold enough. The ordered items were not fresh. Not at all a good place to dine in this pandemic. Outside the entrance its stinky. Even though we are going the billing section were little bit rash. My suggestion to KFC is "It will be good if you give the customer choiced drinks rather than that Pepsi with the combos."

KFC, Tirupati in VV Mahal Road. Today I visited. The staff working there are working very hard to damage the image of KFC. Bad reception, irresponsible, courtesy less people in counter. Very bad body language and tone while dealing with customers. No Air-conditioning in the dining area. Fortunately one thing was good as ever.. the taste.

The worst service ever i seen. Maintenance Nill , service Nill, response worst. Even manager also not responded well. They are thinking free meals service with government help like that.
