It was late around 22:00hrs, the place was quiet neatly maintained distance being maintained was clearly seen among the customers. The only thing is the popcorns were crispy but not Hot and the Wings had a slimy texture when u bit into it and had a very nasty aftertaste. So deducting 1 star for it. Rest the person and staff incharge were polite.

They serve fresh chicken piping hot and crunchy. Staff is polite and the premises is kept clean. Getting out of the KFC outlet at night is quite a task. I had bad experience at their Vashi outlet recently but very happy with the service at Kharghar branch.

Went there all the way from Taloja to place an order, and not even a proper person to assist with how to place an order and other details. Two numbers that are printed for taking or helping with orders on their outdoors, don't even work (not in coverage and incorrect number). Came home unhappy with the experience, won't be visiting this KFC outlet ever again.

VELLAPAN !!!

Open till 10pm in the night as the Glomax mall in which it is located, closes at 10. However, you can order online sitting in the premises only, collect the parcel and eat it there as we did today at 10:45 pm.

I am a regular member of KFC kharghar as I have been ordering food from Kfc for the past 3 years. Kfc Kharghar has been disappointing since last year as whenever we order food there is something or the other missing and then we have to callback kfc and then they apologize and send the missing items. This has not happened once but over 6 times (Yes I have been keeping count). Frustrated by this i started ordering from KFC seawoods and they have never disappointed me. Post lockdown,KFC kharghar opened on sept 25,2020. I tried ordering from kfc kharghar today and this time around I thought that they might have improved after lockdown. I ordered 4 dips and baam they gave me all the mayonnaise dips, 2 orders of strips missing. I wasn't even disappointed this time around. And the usual, called them and told them to get my stuff. KFC kharghar I hope you improve your services coz its HIGH TIME NOW. PS: They have also reduced the quantity of dips as you can see in the picture.
