Company is Good but floor people process very dispointed. Mainly full of politics there is no hike for year and that to no respective managers and too much pressure. Mainly above old age people and grouism they dint treat new employee's as well manner. I'm not satisfied with salary offers. My advise is that treat every employee as friendly and positive way give them freedom to express their ideas so that they gave good production. Mainly remove Sir madam call from employees.

Disastrous place to work. Management is totally unprofessional and EGOistic. They have no idea of what they are doing with 80's age old software for their clients. Just a corporate look from outside. Any suggestions, you are fired. Complete failure in handling teams and trainings. Cheap work culture and environment.

Worst Registrar. The investors are taken for a ride. Even after submission of all the documents before cut off date they have not transferred the maturity amount and after several follow ups has provided one consignment number which is showing no movement in speed post tracking. Investor's life will turn hell with this company

They sent spam emails to people who never be their customers after illegally buying info of them online or through hacking. In the email they claim they are located in Australia. With the way they develop their “business” I have to warn everyone who wants to do business with these people.

IDFC Infrastructure Bonds were due for redemption on 21.02.2021. As required by KFintech I sent scan copy of cancelled cheque along with a signed request letter for direct credit to my SB A/C thru Email dated 12.01.2021 well before cut-off date of 01.02.2021. They acknowledged receipt of all documents on 13.01.2021 and promised to update Bank Details within 7 days which they have not done so far. Now they say cut-off date of 01.02.2021 is over and Demand Draft will be sent. Still I have not received any payment till 04.03.2021. Very very poor service. . Customer Care number is useless since it is impossible to talk to them even after holding the phone for half hour. No accountability.

They are worst in their service and never handle problem. I gave 5 mails requesting them to correct the mistake they committed. No reply till date. No other means of contact. Toll free number never works. In their entire website not a single phone that works. They deal with public money but are very irresponsible in service.
