I had to leave my rented apartment (1103) to pursue higher education. But the landlord did not return my deposit money stating that he'll return the deposit only when new tenants come. I waited for 2 months and now he denies stating that new tenants have not come and I shouldn't expect any refund on deposit money. Just the worst experience despite coughing up 50k was hard on me specially due to COVID. He's even blocked me on whatsapp and I dont know how to proceed. I gave 1.5 months advance notice (the earliest I could). Any pointers?

Location of this villa project is good but construction plan is too worst. A Lot of space is wasted by the builder by reducing slabs at every floor. It looks like a grave shape. Parking area in the villa looks like it is meant for a bus or a lorry parking in a long way. Materials used don’t look like premium and quality one. There is no servant quarter at all. No wardrobe room attached to any bedroom’s bathroom. It do not have separate entry for drawing room and you don’t see main door elevation from the front facing. Roads are too narrow. The builder seriously need to visit other projects and get some idea of modern luxury.
A good locality to stay. Gated community with guards and clean surrounding. Safe for females too. The locality is good and the facilities are well maintained too.
Not sur about facilities and amenities and management but society look good. It's spacious with peaceful environment
Decent Apartment with Above Average amenities. No walking space though!
