I studied a few coal pulverizers before purchasing but came to the conclusion that KHALSA brand Coal Pulverizer or the KHALSA KOYLA CHAKKI YANTRA is the best coal pulverizer for steel rolling mills available in India. Got excellent reviews from their earlier customers, switched & have installed Khalsa coal pulverizer and got amazing results. i) Scale loss & burning losses have reduced marginally, ii) ZERO leakage unit, iii) 200mesh coal fines resulting in optimized combustion of the re-heating furnace, iv) hammer life received is 120 days for single set of hammers which is never heard of. v) Reliable, consistent & durable machine and totally maintenance free. vi) Energy efficient machine resulting in low fuel consumption & power consumption, runs under load, simply awesome! Have got rid of the earlier pulverizer and switching to a new khalsa brand pulverizer in our other section mill too. It is designed & built to meet my needs! will recommend them to other quality conscious foremen/ steel mill owners too.
