Complete waste of time. For the trouble of going all the way to this store in search of bathtubs we were treated with absolute indifference and complete disdain by the marketing people. Within a few minutes of meeting us the oh-so-knowledgeable Mr.Ashish emphatically stated 'I can't help you' more than once. We were shown no options or catalogue. We were given to understand we know nothing really. Thankfully they didn't physically force us out. Just FYI we weren't there asking for favours. If you don't want walk-in customers, please put a notice outside, we will happily excuse ourselves. (Reply to misleading reply by owner)--\u003e His tone and attitude to clients is evident in his reply below. A rant in reply to how a client has felt after visiting his store and being subject to his so called customer service!! Brilliant! And I repeat we were extremely polite but we were shown no options nor catalogues, only some high handed attitude and the door. Anybody with any dignity and knowledge will not be happy with this superior level of service. Also he said 'TOTO is all @%*' such superior level of knowledge as well!! Better not subject ourselves to this!! I get better service when my budget is in thousands and imagine this is what we have to put up with when we have a few lakhs to invest!! When a customer is saying 'I didn't like the way I was treated' the king says this is all your fault. Of course 'probably I will not understand this either' !!!

What makes it even better is the friendly and professional staff and especially the owner, Mr.Ashish, is very friendly and can help you with some awesome suggestions and plans for building your dream home. Their tiles collection is one of the best i have come across. Very reasonably priced too!
