I have a small pond with koi fish for which I needed help urgently as my fish were not doing well. I am extremely fortunate to have got to know about KJA & Sons. I spoke to Tony whom I found very helpful and knowledgeable about fish pond development and maintenance as well as about fish in general and koi fish in particular. A big issue in keeping fish as pets is that no one, not even the fish breeders and sellers know what to do if a fish is unwell. Also they have very little knowledge about fish tank or pond development, optimisation and care. One has to rely on the internet for help if something goes wrong. It is heartbreaking to see your pet fish suffer. However, in sharp contrast I found that Tony of KJA & Sons had experience in pond building, maintenance and knew what is needed to ensure that your fish remain healthy and happy. He has genuine concern and ensured that I was able to give my fish the right treatment. Even though I am in a different city, he gave detailed guidance on the best options and suggested products that might help. His response time for any query was also very quick. I am very grateful for the timely help that I received and happy that both koi fish that were unwell, and I thought may not survive, are now healthy and eating well. If anyone is looking to keep pet fish and want to keep them well, I would urge you to definitely take the help of KJA& Sons to set up your pond or tank and to understand how best to look after them and for any pet fish related issues.
