Very bad sales after service experience. I purchased a gym cycle and within 15 days a manufacturing defect occured. As per his commitment of 3 months warranty against manufacturing defect he is taking charge of 300/- when we are bringing cyle to his shop by auto spending 200 to get it repaired. His behavior is again very sarcastic and rude unlike before purchasing the cyle.
Good quality gym equipments are available here.... various different brands are available... different sport material are there..you can get discounts if purchased in bulk..but the shop is too messed up but the good thing is the shopkeeper finds whatever you want..
The worst experience.Went to buy sqash racket the owner was too busy selling and taking to the other customer that he didn’t even liked to consider the other customer.I still waited for 15 minuets to end him the conversation. Later I thought there was no point in waiting. Just because the before customer was buying a tredmill and the after one was buying a squash racket.He didn’t even talked to me and not even looked at me as i was asking him.As i was leaving the shop he asked me”Sir kya seva kre aapki”. The moment i walked out of the store. The owner himself lacks customer ethics. Worst sports shop experience in Indore.
