I came here with 2 of my friends for a Thai massage, but ended up getting a Balinese massage. All social distancing norms have been adhered to, and it is pretty clean as well. The host was very welcoming and she offered us discounts as we arrived in a group too. This elevated our experience financially too. And while there was a short wait time, she also offered all of us a free fish spa. It is really commendable for the feats that these people undertake to ensure all are risk free, yet at peace. Thank you to all the staff of KNM Spa for delivering a very lovable and warm experience.

I loved the service. Refund received of double payment. First of all. The receiptionist is so polite and informative while talking. She did gave me a discount once i reached the outlet. It has been my first ever spa experience and i loved it. I was offered jacuzzi at a discounted rate and a free fish pedicure too. Juice and water was served complementary. Lady doing the massage was professional. Also, i made a double payment(via gpay) for spa in error and got to know about this while checking my bank statement, hence I highlighted this to them after few days and they handled it very professionally. They cross checked the double payment into their system and i was refunded the payment within 2days I highly recommend them

Overall nice experience. Pros and cons are mentioned below. We might go again. Try different oils. Its worth the money. They gave discount as well. We went for couple massage. It was magical. Cons... Parking for only one car and few bikes. Jacuzzi wasn't working. Pros... Excellent ambience. Professional behavior. Experts masseuse. Complete privacy. Steam bath was awesome.
