The lady who picked up the call sounds like degrading the company's goodwill. I called up asking for some spare parts, her reply was... "they are available at every other shops except here" (like a boss) and she was kinda laughing when I was asked a Honda Navi's spares. Why Mr.owner.. you should check it out. Honda Navi is a cheap ride or what? She should know it is my one among my 6 bikes. Learn to say sorry to a customer if the stock is out.
