Worst... worst... worst.... Blade mafia.. they dont give details of loan.. customer care is waste... better we buy a blade from shop and slice or take a loan from home credit I take 1 lakh loan after paying 13 emi with 4206/monthly.. closing amount 99370.. what a blade... no one will help... i think am trapped... wont take anymore Worst finance ... dear home credit :- earn money from hard work, \u200d️\u200d️ dont cheat people

poor experience... i have taken a loan from home credit... payed more than 15 emis(4090 /month61395) now i ask what is my enclosure amount they are saying its 83,0000. I asked for the details statement through the homecredit website chat, they are not ready to give the details.... not ready to sent the details to email... so never take a loan from them... before giving the loan they said like we can close loan after 6 emis ... i just take only 100000 and only 92000 credited to my account....

This is one of the worst company that I have seen in terms of the policies that they follow. Someone has taken a loan and has given my number as an alternative number all without my knowledge. These guys has accepted the number. Right now that person has made a default in his payments and that he is not responding to the company calls. Due to that these people are calling me, that too 8 times a day. Legally I don't even have relationship with this company, because of someone's mistake I am the one suffering. Worst company policy.

Very bad behaviour from the staff, they never tell us anything about benefits, make us pay addition fines. Please never take loan from Home Credit, especially from Edapally branch , Kerala. They torture you with calls , and even threaten us with their rude behaviour.
