I will highly recommend the services from LIFE MAID EASY. I was in desperate need of a maid and Greeshma, the agency person was truly of great help! When I told her my requirement, she was extremely prompt with her response and though she said 48 hours was the time for a revert, I was given a maid in less than the aforesaid time. Overall, 100 marks to the agency, the service, the customer care and the maid provided. Keep it up!

100% professional organisation. 24x7 customer care . Excellent service. Trained & verified maids. Complaints are addressed with priority and replacements (if required) are done with in minimum time frame. Worth the money spend for. I think they are the only professional maid service in cochin and hence the no:1 .

Needed a part time maid for my parents urgently. Life maid was able to secure someone local very quickly and met all the needs specified by mom. Reasonable rates, quick follow thru via Whatsapp/Calls and overall good service. Will recommend.

LifeMaidHell would be the name that I suggest! I took their house maid service almost 10 months back. Couldn't post the review then. Better late than never, hence posting the review now. I saw the good reviews and hence approached them for a one month house maid service to help in house cleaning and cooking since my mother had to undergo a surgery and needed rest for a month. They are charging very high compared to other agencies. So I thought they would be providing good maids. But within a month they replaced 3 maids. The first maid was old and weak, she after 3 days said she is not well and didn't do any cleaning for next 2-3 days and my mother had to take care of her too! Then they sent the second maid and she was behaving like she was the boss. She was doing everything according to her comfort. Food menu was according to her preference. I called the agency and changed her, but she threatened my parents and was not willing to leave. Finally they sent the 3rd person for that month and she was ok . But for 28 days of service I paid nearly 22k and the service I got was in effect for 21 days only. Normal agencies charge only 15k-16k max, and if you approach individual maids without agencies they charge only 10k-12k, but Lifemaideasy charges above 20k. Atleast if they provide good maids that is ok, but they are very unprofessional. I will never recommend them. But I should say, their customer service was reachable all the time and helped in replacing the maids. It is the maids that they provide are bad and not trained.

The best thing about these people is their customer care.Very quick response , good in identifying the problems we are facing , no wrong commitments, very clear communication and try to solve the problems in less time. Me being Goan , my biggest problem was to communicate in Malayalam.The first lady came to us didn't know a single word in English or Hindi. They have replaced her on the next day with a hindi speaking maid, Anitha.I was not so satisfied with their cooking but she picked up our cooking style very soon.So far so good. I am paying my third months fees now at their office.Good going Life Maid Easy.You made my life easy in cochin, so far

I first approached Life maid easy in January 2019. Since then, except for one lady , all the maids they have provided have been good. We basically wanted a carer for our mother. Two of the ladies they sent were especially good,including the last one. They are very prompt in responding and trying to meet our needs. I highly recommend them. Thank you.
