I visited this place along with my friend, who had to service his car. I was really amazed with the facilities provided in the complex and ‘Nippon Toyota, Kalamassery’ set standards for other car dealers, how a showroom/ service centre should be. Arguably the largest car showroom in Asia, the 11 storey building is spread over 4 lakh Sq. Feet. Each floor exclusively caters to divisions like body & paint, repairs, display and so on. There is a test drive track on the third floor of the building which is just amazing!

Insurance- January 2021. Be careful while renew their insurance policy:-Their premium is comparitivly higher, so please collect a good quote from your local insurance dealer(National, Oriental, United India,etc) If we took insurance from toyotta, we dont have to repair the vehicle from their service center for small works also, and the repairing cost is high. Those who have not bumber to bumber policy have to suffer a high depreciation amount. For my vehicle the given a estimate for normal insurance(not bumber to bumber)same sum insured, No claim bonus same, no additional coverage but they charged double than other insurance company(same as toyotas insurance company). They didt given the adsitional discount by the insurance company. Dealers are more concentrated in these type of services. So be aware of such things.Always took second openion. Am happy with their dealings and service. But this is a kind of cheating customers. Not satisfied with insurance department. Service:- December 2020. Wonderful showroom and a very good service. Mr. Githin take care of my vehicle, He explained everything including estimate and expected repair.Hand overing procedure and timely delivery was .Due to online tax bill i spend little time their. I am very satisfied with Toyota Kalamassery Service.

Worst service and worst management. My cars shock got stuck while they were servicing and give it back to me without fixing it and said the complaint was already there when I gave the car. They didn't drive the car because they said the complaint was already there without suggesting any solution. When I gave it to local workshop they said even without driving it might got jammed while the car was lifted at the service station. Now I had to give it to local workshop to fix it. Also very very delay in dealing the customers. We have to wait forever no one will come unless we ask many times. You must go to Ford service centre and see how they treat customers.
