One of the very few Wall climbing centers in Kerala. Daniel is an avid Fitness enthusiast and a good Rock climber. He trained multiple kids for National Championship. He set up the climbing wall with multiple difficulties and routes which requires different set of skills and fitness. They require early notification or booking, and try climbing in the evening times because the sunlight directly falls over the wall in the afternoon and morning which exhausts you very much. The Climbing wall is not exactly integrated with the Stadium, if you have any queries its better you call the concerned person and ask. They don't provide shoes so bring your own shoes Its overall a good place to get trained and for fun climbs.

I went for a casual entry after calling them to make sure I can. But for my surprise there is no concern person to talk to or the stadium authorities got no clear picture. I would suggest them to be “a bit” more professional.

Tried the quick climb option, and it was a fun, short workout that you really felt the next day. The people were great, and even for a beginner like me there were routes that I could complete and plenty of other new challenges! The staff is great, super encouraging, their cheers gave me that extra boost I needed to make it to the top when I felt like I my arms and legs were too weak to continue. Special mention to Daniel & Akrithi, explains everything in detail and helps you to climb better with proper techniques. Overall, a great place to be at, where workout and fun happens together. A must visit place.

The rock in Cochin is one of its kind. Unlike gyming you don't have to do multiple exercises to be fit, it is an all inclusive fun and fitness activity.I personally loved my experience and training. Daniel your doing an amazing job by training all age groups out there. Keep going.
