Kodikonda location is near by NH 7 Bangalore to Hyderabad, earlier in kodikonda used to rule paldegars in centuries, later government was start the administration and this kodikonda has 100 years of history and has akkamgaru temple, mosque and church as well ,in this area people using language is Telugu and urdu, and so many politician and film actress were visited to kodikonda for the purpose of votes and to meet the people as well.
Least recognized place where many people don't know that there's a fort here. The route to fort is through a small village along a narrow road with no entry fees, no parking facilities, no food stalls and no safety. You find steps built till you reach a point and after that there's a small dirty pond and a locked temple where the stairs end. There's no way to the top after this maybe its closed or if this point is the last. Didn't do any geographical discoveries on top as i was alone. The trail has colourful flowers and insectivorous plants all along the way. This fort is around 20 kms from Lepakshi.
