I bought entire range from this Kohler showroom ranging from closets, washbasins, vanity mixers, shower heads, etc. The steel is not original. They are cheap. All rusted and lost its shining within one year. All washbasins and closets are stained in less than a year. I have tried cleaning it with professional cleaning stuffs to regain its color and character. Having said this, I have seen Kohler products elsewere which are really good and stay perfectly fine year after years. From my experience I believe this showroom is selling fake chinese stuffs. Kohler can anytime verify my claims. Those stained and rusted stuffs are not yet replaced. Yet there to show other people to spread the word about Kohler.
