1) A good place to stay and the area is still under development. 2) The landlady is very co-operating. Food is good. You get non-veg at least one time of the day. 3) Be careful if you are taking a room in the ground floor because the bushes and dried up canal nearby attract huge mosquitoes during monsoons. 4) Very difficult to locate as it is situated in the inside. Call in that given phone number to navigate to your location. 5) You will need to deposit one month security money and one month current. Security money is refundable. 6) Food is offered twice at times of your choice. For breakfast you will need to visit their shop 600-700 metres away. Lunch/Dinner can be availed from your room, just inform them before hand. 7) This is a MALE ONLY pg.
