Best environment to work with freedom, supportive seniors and owner is supportive too..He always discuss with everyone and respect that view..All together best office with best work culture... Would love to be a part of this company for years... Salary part :- we have our fixed date and in that date only employees get their salary always..If you are not absent for a single day will get your full salary without any deductions.. If you are a fresher then this company is the best place to start your career and if you are experienced you can get a good hike too.. Still I don't know about the incentive part as I have just started my career with this company , but heard that if any employees reach the incentive slab then along with next month salary he/she receive that incentive without any delay.. I personally faced many problems and challenges while working in other companies..I used too work heard but me and my colleagues never use to get salay in time and when use to receive the salary without any reason they deduct the salary and use to show us lame excuses for the deduction..Incentive was a myth over their.. If you are planning to change your company or you are planning to start your career, if you choose Erlendis,you will never regret choosing this company.. Thnaking you for going through my review..
