I booked my periodic service from gomechanic. When I found they sent my car to Kalim Automobiles , I was furious as the ratings of that workshop is just pathetic and reviews are more pathetic than that. I was very very upset due to that. Through out the whole day I was tenced for my car. I was shouting on gomechanic and after them like nothing throughout the day thinking that they will steal my car parts and do something or the other. Though I was assured by the manager of the same workshop Mr Amit that nothing will go wrong as they will take care of my car. I was not at all satisfied with the answer hence calling them up every now and then to get an update on my car. Mr Amit kept his cool and answered my call every time apart from few times. Finally I got my car at the end of the day but still i was upset. I did a test drive and I would really say the work was done properly. I could feel the difference while driving the car. Really they did a good job. May be their workshop is small. May be they dont have adequate ameneties which I really dont care untill the work is done properly and they did it. Thank you Kalim automobiles for the good job. The people who may criticize after this post stating that I may be from one of their employees , just to clear I am an individual and my booking id is 20210403931853051 and booked it for 04/04/2021.

Gomechanic associates are helpful but the workers are untrained learn by experience types. Have me quote of 19,500 but giving it to authorized service center got it fixed for 5000. Very unprofessional, kept the car running while talking on his phone. I would discourage people from taking their car here for serious issues.

Awesome work. 1.The infrastructure is upgrading I saw that and asked them about it.They showed me the next construction area for that purpose which will be opening soon. 2.Mechanics are too good(thats what matters the most).Whenever I asked about whats going on they described everthing by adding a 'sir' in their sentence.I don't care about dress code and lounge because with my problem of car I just wanted it to get fixed asap. 3.They are so concerned & well behaved, to save your money unlike those company workshops with long lists of problems. 4.They solved my problem of acceleration which workshops say"Apko lagta hai par aisa hai nahi". 5.The best part was "scanning" before and after the work done. 6.Honesty can be understood by petrol level and car condition where I didn't find anything suspicious. 7.If you want to save your money with genuine parts and specific solution then its highly recommended. All fake reviews. Just look at the profiles of the person who gave 5star (all foreigners or employees) You just need to drive your car to their garage, and to pay their bill, you have to sell your kidney. If you don’t believe, Just book a servicing from GoMechanic and forget your car. For the first time they will charge you exorbitantly and after the delivery, the real problem starts. Everything will stop working and after complaining multiple times, they will pick the vehicle again and next time as per the company, they will do a DETAILED INSPECTION. This time all your car parts will become faulty by default and you will be asked to pay more than what was charged initially. It’s better to learn from others mistake! Choice will be yours, always!

Very poor communication from go mechanic they said it will take 3 hours for the AC to be serviced but in reality it took 9 hours had been waiting there without having food or water for the entire 9 hours as when asked the staff they said it will be done in an hour and like that they kept us waiting when spoke to one of the senior called Amit he was very rude and arrogant and said please contact go mechanic if you have problem we are not responsible for the delay where in the work is being done by them and 3 times he him self gave wrong time and commitment
