Worst experience... do not visit here... technician and staffs are unprofessional and being there feel like fish market... charges are also high...not recommended

N G medicare is a well known pathological and diagnostic centre in South Kolkata, situated near to Citi Style Mall. The functioning of the place is swift and in a orderly basis. Cleanliness deserves good marks. One can also collect the reports online if they prefer not to visit to collect the same from the centre.

Very very worst experience. The person came for blood collection for my father is very unhygenic. He not even sanitize his hand in this pandemic. We told repeatedly for sanitization but he don't. He also took more blood than required. And after that my father's condition getting worse day by day and unfortunately he died after 14 days of collection of the blood. We are sure from that person my father got infected. That blood collector not only unhygenic but very very unprofessional and ill mannered. He is completely responsible for my father's death.

I took a appointment of ENT doctor but when I arrived they cancel my appointment due to unavailable doctor. I guess this happen because of one appointment.

Very unhygienic. The clothes provided during x-ray was stinking , we complained so we were told that its the smell of some medication. After returning home my mom suffered with skin rashes.. Pathetic Hygiene

The nurse Shukla who manages appointments for Dr Bani Mitra, is extremely rude. Right now she is not coordinating with patients or giving the number of doctor's assistant. She is the most pathetic staff there and dr Mitra's patients are suffering
