I could hardly spent a single star for this service provider because of his unethical behavior towards the customer. He didn't maintain the basic business ethics neither want to maintain the long term relation with the customer.

This centre has a lot of maids/nurses/aya but they take advance from people and do not provide service. They exploit clients and adjust previous issues with their maids who are no longer with them from current clients. I had to almost file a police complaint to recover my 19.5k from them that they took and never sent any japa maid for my newborn baby. I was a regular client and my mother's nurse was hired from them with whom they had some issues and they recovered the amount from me. They did not even give me full advance back. It was a lot of harasment for me! The owner sukchand is not always available on phone and does not keep his words! Though my initial experience with them was good but eventually I had lot of harassment and bad experience with them!!

I am hiring helping hands from Parul Ayah Centre for last 8-10 years and have nothing but praise for them . Mr Sukhchand Mondal is a through gentle man and always walks the extra miles to help. If I ever find any maid incompetent she is immediately replaced. My iPhone was stolen by a maid but on reporting Mr Mondal recovered it and returned it to me. Sometimes on an emergency he helped us by providing a helper even in hours notice. We are an aged couple and our only son is in abroad . It’s because of Mr Mondal’s constant support and compassion that we live in peace. He has practically become like a family member. We thank him and wish him all the success.

Worst experience ever. These people are fraud. They took an advance of 10k for maid service from me. The maid was reluctant to work 24 hrs from the very beginning...anyways after working for about 23 days she took advance payment from me and left and never returned. Since then it has been more than 45 days that the owner of the center hasn't returned my advance money of 10k. He doesn't pick up my call and most of the time his phone is switched off. HE IS A COMPLETE FRAUD. BEWARE!
