I took the appointment for my wedding purpose, party Makeup for my relatives, I booked in advance. Have a horrible experience, their behavior was very very poor with my guests, they started insulting them, when my guests asked to do retouch and some change in hair style. I want to take the name of Subhojit, who was handling these things, very much unprofessional behavior. Owner should take care these things. Make up was very cheap. Just like 500 Rs Makeup, They charged huge amount. I want to rate them in negative if possible, my sisters were very upset, they also insulted my aunty, she is aged. They even don't know how to drapp saree. Within 30 mins saree started opening, when my aunty told them, they insulted her. Very very much unprofessional behavior. Not recommended to anyone. They are there just for money, they don't have minimum sense how to behave with Clients or aged person.

Horrible... The attitude of the staff who does threading waxing Is bad. Sheets were old. Room was not cleaned. She was pushing for expensive wax and facial.. Typical lazy attitude... Disappointed
