The person collecting your sample will promise you the results of the COVID test by 9.30 pm. However, considering that it generally takes 24 hours, I understand that minimum time must be granted. The reports are delayed due to lack of the doctors approval (the doctor only seems to available for a limited period post 11am). In the 23rd hour, I was informed that my test results are inconclusive and would need to be redone. Not sure why this could not have been ascertained/ informed to me earlier. The staff clearly don't respect the mental stress of the patient because when you call them for an update, their tone is nothing less than rude, to say the very least. Safe to say that I will never get any tests done from here in the future and neither will I ever recommend it to anyone else.

This place offers great service. The staffs there are so polite and ready to assist you. This center is also very clean and have fresh smell unlike other clinics or diagnostic center. My medical check up was also done without any delay as the place is not rush and my result was given next day which was very convenient for me. For me I did ECG, X RAY. Blood test and other check up facilities are also available. Will definitely recommend this Diagnostic center.

Extremely poor managed place. My staff tried 4 times to get tested but for some reason he was always turned down. Such a "big" diagnostic setup and not able to conduct covid test for 48 hours. Not sure if they didnt want to test him because he was staff or genuinely dont even have the capacity to test.

I have one star less just because they are not serious enough with Covid. They are allowing people without mask. That's a serious concern in this time. They should not allow anyone without mask. Other than this thing the experience is quite nice.

One of worst diagnostic center I had ever been to. No man power. The receptionist are themselves all in all. Did my religare health check up from here. They doesn't even know the tests to be done for a health check-up even. Just working on a name. Try avoiding.

Patient ID - JD8-2060, i hv booked a home Collection RT PCR test for today morning. Whme no one turned up , neither any call received, I called up the Customer Suport. That's when I get the information that there machines have broken down and they can't conduct the test. Sheer cheating and case of open Fraud. Shameful !!! Request all.. please don't go ahead with this agency

The place is nice and clean and well maintained. Staff were professional, specially Suman who was very helpful and has a skilled adroit hand, in both the blood sample collections as well as other tests like XRay, ECG etc.. Only issue. If you are a corporate candidate or healthi candidate or otherwise, then you must know beforehand that all Tests are NOT conducted on a single day. TMTs are conducted only on Saturdays, whereas USGs are conducted only on Tuesdays and Thursdays. PFTS are conducted on all days except Saturday. So you might need to visit the center at-least twice, if you have to undergo different tests under a healthi package. Scopes for improvement: The receptionists should pick up the phone (they generally don't) and clarify that all tests are NOT available on a single day and one needs to schedule the appointments accordingly. Otherwise you might need to take multiple leaves to attend all the tests. Individual center numbers, should be clearly mention their phone numbers in their website. Currently if one rings at their main center, one folk will transfer it to another and then to another and ultimately none picks up the phone and your pre test queries remain unanswered. Corporate candidates should get a standard complimentary breakfast at the center, two hours before PP, just like all other center in Delhi, under healthi / corporate packages, so that the test results under various centers give standardized results

i am a doctor, couple of day ago visited here, very helpful and supportive staff with neat n clean centre, and at very reasonable price , about 40 to 60% less than other diagnostic in kolkata.
