I am visiting Kolkata and staying in a hotel. I ordered a Gosht e biryani and after much delay order came , when I opened the box I saw an egg , thought it's fine and then found only potato and rice in the packing. Sent photos to outlet and complained to them. Tried speaking to outlet to send replacement and take the wrong packing as it is but their mechanical approach and answer was that we saw our person in CCTV footage and he had packed the right biryani and pieces . Please speak to Zomato , as we delivered right product to them. I don't understand what mistake I did , either trusting Kabuliwala rating on Zomato or Zomato? Now tonight it's 10:38 I am sleeping empty stomach due to mess up from Kabuliwala. Kolkata is this right, please support me in teaching Kabuliwala a lesson not to cheat it's customers.
