Hai all This is just for an information, if you tare going to take servant for cooking and cleaning or to look children never take a lady name beena anil. She has registered in many agencies in kollam. Especially in evanios and jelcos. She is fraud and also a criminal. At present there is a police case in her name in trivandrum. In appearence this lady looks around 25 years of age, actually 40 years. blackish, slim and short. She is from kollam mylapoor area. She goes mainly to look children. First she behaves very nicely and later shows her original criminal character.

Impolite customer service. The woman who attends the call doesn't know how to speak properly. If this is how the office staff is, how are the maids they sent going to be. Horrible experience.
I enquired about a baby sitter for cousin, they replied swiftly and provided an aaya (babysitter). For three months she took great care of my cousin and her vaava. I'm avoiding names for privacy sake. Of course when i contacted them they weren't started as a service back then
