One of the best pg in konadapur. Friendly management. Never feel missing home food.good safety.

Worst PG ever.No humanity at all. Very money minded people. No manners at all while talking to girls. Keep on changing the rules when they want to. Restrict you on food quantity. No food provided if the owners are on Vacation even close the kitchen too. Get into ur personal stuff on ur absence. Very bad experience.

The owner Amar is not at all considerable and it's not about rent and the worst thing is his cheap behaviour while talking to girls. He is completely money minded and doesn't care about any security and asks girls to vacate hostel forcibly at odd timings @ 5:30 in mrng. Any kind of notice regarding the rent is kept in the middle of the month so that while vacating the hostel he wouldn't return advance and earn more that way. If you complain about anything then you should vacate the hostel immediately even though you paid rent and they won't even return advance at that time.

Hello Amar mind your words i dont have any boy friends ok and dont blame a person without knowing them. Early morning at 7 I can't eat breakfast so I have taken breakfast and lunch only for me and not for others for ur information. After u all guys shouted at me I stopped eating food in ur hostel even I have paid rent to u and I was eating ouside for a month its money waste for me ok. Because I have given bad review u wake up me at 11 in night and told me to vacate the hostel by tomorrow morning at 10. It's a human thing to behave with a girl like that. I told to give the rent and advance I will vacate, ur money minded people know u dint give, so I told I will vacate on month end. I thought not to give any reviews but you make me to give, why u are mentioning my name in below review? Its shame on you and ur management for behaving like this and I have no words to tell other than this. For past 5 months I have been working in night shift and that too I have been having food for only 1 time in a day, so that time u and ur Management r quit right if we r eating then its problem for u and that too u guys where sitting and watching how much we r eating. So many food ur hostel people r wasting that and all u wont mind if i am taking the food to eat its problem for u guys. First go and watch in ur cc footage the people who r wasting food and tell them not to waste and one more thing please dont blame the people who r eating. For just 1 week I have taken food from ur hostel just for eating and not to trough like other people's ok. Please dont behave like this with cheap attitude ok.

Pros: 1. Maintenance and hygiene environment 2.No power and water problem 3.Immediate response for problems either in your room or with roommates. 4.Available all facilities Cons: 1.Food is limited ,not allowed to rooms and monitoring while eating food.Now a days food quality decreasing. 2.no electronic goods are allowed(except chargers) 3.management should know how to speak especially when we are with someone(happened to me not sure if it happens for everyone) 4.Sudden increase of rent in middle of the month without prior information. 5.Though you join on 1st of month you need to vacate by end of the month ,this is the worst part.That means in either way you loose one day chargers .I stayed here for one year and they did not consider for staying half day extra .I left on 1st ,may be at 10 AM but they charged one day rent.

Good place kind of homely atmosphere and moreover management is so active n responsible . They are really active about cleaning . And food is awsm.
