Rich stock of pharmaceuticals...OPD patient no. is very high...Dr. Amit Dev (neuro ) only see 30 patients a day..So you need to register patient's name within 5:30 Am morning....The campus is too small in comparison to no. There is special care of sanitation in the hospital. The nursing staff is very good. Security guards are also very good. There are two lifters for both lifts and 24 hours of guards.Best ever hospital in kota sudha hospital since 2000 to 2019

Best multi speciality hospital in Kota best doctor best associated staff but sorry to say front desk staff , security guards , covid helpline staff are not well nurtured to talk and respond to patients and there family members. As patient and family members are already worried and tense about there disease and many are from rural areas of Kota district atleast a courteous response a smiley face is not so demanding. They rarely give you prompt response and some how you ask questions they don't give proper answer to that. For eg. I ask when my report come at covid helpline center ? Covid helpline : kal aa Jana I ask won't it come on sms ? Covid helpline : ignored having a gup shup with colleague I waited 2 mins again ask sir won't it came on sms?? Covid helpline: aa bhi sakta hai nahi bhi yahan akar le Jana I ask what time sir Covid helpline: no response he just ignored. Better response you get at any government hospital... Don't know where sudha is heading. Sorry state

The staff is not cooperative at all. The guards and nurses behaves very rudely with patients and their family members. Actions must be taken against such people to maintain the harmony and mutual respect within the hospital.

I have 7-8 years long best and satisfied experience with this hospital... most important thing about this hospital is that you will always feel comfortable to deal with doctors and nursing staff... The polite and supportive behavior of doctors is the best thing of this hospital, and this is one of must needed thing for a patient to won a half fight with his disease ....
