Nature and fresh place to live. No pollution and eveything is fresh here. Though this place is not connected to metro cities still youngsters are modern like Mumbai. Highly recommended place to live after retirement.

Kotdwara situated at the bank of Malan n Koh river n located between Jim Corbett national park & Rajaji national park. A place where Kanva Rishi had his holy place, where Bharat was born. A place where Chark Rishi had his holy place. Love kotdwara n Uttarakhand.
