Hello Everybody, I request you to never take the services of this packer and mover company. I took their services for transportation from Mumbai to Ranchi and you know what, on the way my stuffs like microwave and chairs were lost by them. I did followup for at least three month but they never delivered my stuffs. Please don't use their services. They are not only unprofessional , their honesty is also questionable.

They are such a big thieves that they even stole tea from your grocery cartoon. They have packed my grocery cartoon loosely saying that they will take care but when it reached Jaipur all tea and sugar were scattered in the cartoon. They opened the tea for their own purpose. They damaged my sofa and when you call them for insurance they just threaten you that this thing happen in transit and not complain about them. They are money leechers.... Do not go for them. I say to all of educate class.. Avoid them... Thanks.

Pathethic service, They use bag to carry stuff, no boxes has been use. They have broke my plants, Broke my wardrobe total and not ready to refund the half amount also, Staff people don't talk properly. Never prefer kothari ever

Kothari packers is the most unprofessional packers that I’ve ever seen. The company co-ordinators never called or turned up on the day of packing. The guys who came to pack turned up with limited amount of tape. They did not bring any markers. No one was maintaining any count of boxes. At the destination, the guys just dumped all the boxes, emotionally haggled for tips, collected the same and left in a hurry. Till now - 1 box of packed food missing. 1 broken glasses and bottles containing liquid has got ruptured resulting in damage of articles. Mr Manoj and his team is handling the situation in a highly unprofessional manner.

Too good service. The packaging people were well trained, quick and handled the stuff carefully. The unloading was done very carefully and things were placed as we wanted rather than just dumping it in our flat. The best part of the entire experience was that they arrived on...rather before time and so things went as per schedule with zero waiting time for us.

I had hired them from transferring household and car from Navi Mumbai to Jaipur. Their packing quality is very poor. When you tell the packing person that you are not packing correctly they say it is our way and we have to save material. They said they will handle it safely but when the items reached Jaipur it was in horrible condition. Sofa was torn, table was in damaged condition, bed sunmica was damaged , mattresses were in wet condition. They told me that it is rainy weather so what is the problem if your mattresses is in wet condition and some damage will be there in transit condition. They didn't gave my car to me until I paid them whole amount and still asked for petrol to pay for getting car. When i said I wont pay the petrol amount & will lodge complain in Consumer Forum. They threaten me that I am from Churu, Rajasthan & will do something to me. I am a working professional & i will suggest all educated class to not hire them. You can find rough tone used by them. If anyone want to hear the recording of how they threaten their customer, please reply on this post and i will send to you.... Thanks...
