Very poor service I hate them.
Well.I needed a one and same certificate to confirm my identity. With the help of this extremely helpful person named maani(he works in the centre opposite the kottakkal municipality)i was able to get it done fast.i found him extremely helpful and nicely behaved which is quite hard to find these days.thanks to him5 star to him.And the village officer was also very helpful honestly.but i was quite surprised by the rude and arrogant behavious of people who wanted the service from municipality.though waiting in line,people didnt care who came first or last.didnt show mannerisms to wait in line or respect who came first or was not ready for waiting in line.Most of them were so arrogant as to push others aside and get to the village officer first.and there was this guy who was loudly speaking on phone inside village officers room.well,it would be nicer if people showed respect for each other.
Pathetic attitude. If you cant do your job you are wasting people's time and money. I had gone for a small change...but they had bluntly refused to change the particular detail...while this same change is acceptable at Tirur Municipality how on earth can this be justifiable "its not possible as per rules". This reflects their attitude towards work.
Peaceful and Greenery
Arrogant behavior of the staff, I haven't faced this sort of customer treatment from any other public administration officies. It took five minutes for me to get an answer from a lady staff, who kept talking on the phone and I could clearly hear that the conversation is about choosing paint color for their home, she didn't like when I raised my voice and purposefully created troubles for me. Please understand that you are paid from public money and stop behaving as if you are giving a free service.
Very bad behavior (NO ENQUIRY SECTION). take all photostas(documents cirocs) From your city/Town if there is no electricity in kottakal you have to pay thrible charge for each copy
