Lots of IT companies. Well made infrastructural facilities. Food court and play yards for the employees. Overall good atmosphere

Probably one of the best workplaces in Kozhikode city. There are lot of startups and medium sized companies here. Apart from this it is well maintained, with beautiful landscapes. Not accessible for public (you need someone working here for visiting). Canteen service available.

Went there for a state skating competition and was a great experience. I too had competed there. Road was rough and all but we finished it️. There isn't much to say its situated atop a hill with calm breezes in the evening and scorching heat in the afternoon .

Number of IT companies is very low. Also Salary is not Good as compared to other IT parks. And the Canteen and Quality of Food is very low.

Best surroundings you could get to build an IT park. No compromise in Hygiene. One of a kind construction. High-end roadways. No scarcity of water so far in my experience. Conducts Cultural events yearly. Improvements in security compared to other parks are suggested (They have already initiated the process in improving the security though)
